From the owner

The Mariblu is a family run Bed &Breakfast. All rooms are with ensuite showers, hair dryers, fridge, electric kettle, electrid fans, flat screen TV, Wifi and aircondition. Our very big swimming pool and sun terrace as well as sunbeds are free to use by our clients.Our restaurant, pizzeria and bar are open all day. Maria, your host, will be more than glad to cook local traditional dishes for you, and our mouth watering pizzas are second to none!

At our guesthouse, you will not be just a number but yourself as here you can enjoy personal service with a smile.

Set in the old village of Xewkija, the Mariblu offers the peace of the village and it is only 15 minutes by car to any location in Gozo.

Being on the bus route from the ferry to the town of Victoria, it is very convenient even for those travelling by bus as every 30 minutes there is bus service from and to the town and the harbour. It is also just a short walk to the Oldest Temples in the world, the Ggantija Temples!

The Mariblu, like many visitors say, is your home away from home.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Francis (the owner) a message.

If Francis (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
