Lazy Dayz villa with private pool is built on a hillside overlooking the Aegean Sea and Yalikavak on a small boutique development 5 mins drive from the resort itself. Expect magnificent views and wonderful sunsets. Expect a home from home experience because interior and exterior furnishings at this villa are just that. The villa has BROADBAND wifi, flat screen TV and a DVD library to keep you occupied if you feel the need to escape from the sun. And for the outside ... The villa is laid out over 3 light, bright and airy floors, with separate floors for living and sleeping- master bedroom 'suite' is at top floor and enjoys entrance to the private roof terrace. Each floor has fabulous panoramic views over the Aegean Sea. Living areas are open plan lounge and sizeable and have interior dining, kitchen and lounge on the mid/entrance floor. At ground floor/pool level, 2 further double bedrooms with doors leading to the covered pool terrace and pool. 1 of these bedrooms has a king size double and a chaise, creating a good size family room for a child or small adult. 3 full bathrooms complement the bedrooms with the master having an en-suite shower/wetroom, the 2nd bedroom with en-suite shower/wet room and the family bathroom with shower. All bathrooms are fully tiled with high quality travertine tiles.
The villa is furnished with solid wood furniture, leather lounge furniture, designer dining table, and an abundance of designer table lamps, accessories and artwork throughout. Every room has patio doors giving direct access to outside terraces, with amazing sea views and a variety of diffetent types of outside furniture including rattan sofas and chairs, teak sun loungers and dining furniture. The villa has broadband wi-fi and satellite TV (Turkish with a variety of English channels).
ACCOMMODATION INDOORS
Lounge/living room/dining area - open plan style and seating for 6. The TV area has wall mounted 42" plasma TV with Turkish SKY equivalent (Digiturk) channels, DVD player and DVD library. There is also a Hi Fi unit in this room. The internal dining area again has seating for 6. All floors are travertine tiled throughout. From the lounge, sliding doors open on to a delightful sea facing balcony, which has rattan soft seating and those all important views - nice for a sundowner!
The kitchen area is tiled with mosaic tiles and fitted with a range of quality wall cupboards and base units housing the oven, hob, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. A microwave, kettle etc plus everything you require for a self-catering holiday is provided in the cupboards. Sliding doors lead off the kitchen/dining area also to the outside BBQ dining terrace at this level - there's also one at pool/garden level.
BEDROOMS - 3
Bedroom 1 (Master - top floor) - the decor in the master bedroom is stylish and calming. The master is a self-contained suite occupying the top floor of the villa. It has a luxury en-suite shower room, large double bed, wardrobes, bedside cabinets, dresser/drawers, lamps. This room has full sea views and has a door which opens on to the huge, sunny roof terrace which has a pergola covered with canvas shades.
Bedroom 2 Family room (ground floor level) - double bed and chaise (suitable for a child/small adult), wardrobes, drawer units and bedside cabinets, lamps etc. Opens up onto the pool and garden terrace area. Fabulous views.
Bedroom 3 (en-suite) - has large double bed and an en-suite shower room. Again opens onto the pool and garden terrace. Fabulous views.
All bedrooms have air conditioning and sea views.

Other - lots of patio, terrace furniture, including thick padded sun recliners around the pool area. Pool towels provided.
Cleaning & laundry - fresh bed linen and towels are provided. A washing machine is provided for guest' use and can be found in the utility area below the lower stairs. The villa will be cleaned on arrival and departure. For those whose stay is for two weeks, a mid-term mini clean and change of laundry is included in the rental price. Should you wish a mid-week clean during your stay, this can be arranged for an additional charge - please contact us for costs.
OUTSIDE
There are 3 sea-facing terraces at ground, first and second floor level. At garden level, there is a covered sea-facing patio leading out to the private pool and gardens. Here you will find garden chairs and sun loungers.
Sliding doors open from the lounge and dining area onto a large balcony, covered in parts, which has ample space for BBQing and al fresco dining. Outside furniture has been positioned here to enable you to relax and take in the breathtaking views. At top floor level, another uncovered, sea-facing sun terrace. A car parking space is available at the front (rear) of the villa.
Pools - the villa has its own private pool. However, there is also a large shared infinity pool a couple of levels below. Guests of the villa are free to use this as well as the villa's own private pool. Sun loungers and built in BBQs are provided at the side of the communal pool.
Shop/Bakal - there is a small mini-market shop (Bakal in Turkish) a short distance away.
Each Thursday, Yalikavak hosts a large vendor's market with a range of fruit, vegetables, olives, cheeses, herbs and spices for sale on one side of the road and clothing, souvenirs etc on the other. Worth a visit as its a very colourful sight.

The villa has English Property Managers (who also speak Turkish). The villa is cleaned to impeccable standards. On two week bookings, or more, a mid term clean and change of linen and towels is included in the price. A midweek clean can also be arranged, at an extra cost, if required.
