Sometimes it is important to get what you want ... Orchid's beautifully designed interior and architect designed building will not disappoint.

Orchid is a very classy, stylish and contemporary designed and furnished 2 bedroom, 2 shower room Apartment in the Geris area of Yalikavak. Imagine trendy New York loft apartment style but with breathtaking valley and sea views, this IS Orchid.

Chic and fun, the developers intended to create a simple, calm style and therefore built these Apartments (only 24 in total) akin to Mexican architecture design. This reveals bare interior concrete walls and white textured plaster painted surfaces which are traditional, unpretentious and minimalistic but also impressive and modern.

Orchid is spacious, stylish and well equipped with a boutique feel. Briefly, the Apartment has open plan lounge, kitchen, dining, 2 double bedrooms (can sleep up to 4), 2 shower rooms and lastly but not least, the fabulous sea facing balcony with views over the valley to Yalikavak Marina. There is also a superb pool for Orchid's guest to cool off in during hot summer days.

Wi-fi is available via mobile modem.

Yalikavak is well known for its jet setters who visit the new Marina, Palmarina, which has high end restaurants, cafe's, bars, brand name fashion boutiques, super yachts and even a night club etc. Good to visit and also people watch. Orchid is approx 5 mins drive to the Marina.

Open plan with large sofa and coffee table strategically placed to take in the view. Wall mounted TV, dining table and 4 chairs, log burner for out of season stays

Fully equipped kitchen with Siemens appliances (oven/hob), fridge freezer, toaster, kettle, cafitiere etc

BEDROOMS

2 light and bright bedrooms with KING size beds, lots of wardrobe, shelf storage and space - both bedrooms have A/C units.

Both bedrooms have double beds with bedside tables, lamps, mirrors

1 of the bedrooms has a TV/DVD player built into the wardrobe shelving unit opposite the bed and a utility cupboard containing the iron/ironing board.

SHOWER ROOMS - 2

Both bedrooms have use of smart matte black slate tiled shower rooms, with modern W/C, basins and shelving.

Bath and hand towels provided - hairdryer too.

LET THE OUTSIDE IN ... the whole frontage of the Apartment has bi--fold doors which lets the outside in - a theatre of unforgettable and mesmerising views await.

Sit on the balcony enjoying a sundowner and watch the sun set in the Aegean sea.. Or watch the many yachts coming and going into the Marina, or stay at home and enjoy a BBQ dinner on your own private balcony.

POOL

As you would expect from the modern design and look of these Apartments, the same theme applies to the beautiful pool, which is shaped and faces the surrounding green valley countryside and the sea and Marina. Due to the elevation of the pool, it has barrier fences around the edges. It may not be suitable for young children under the age of 12.

Wooden sunloungers and pads, plus shade umbrellas are available at pool side. The area around the pool is tiled and has sunny and shaded areas.

Orchid's owner provides pool towels for guest use.

OUTSIDE

The private sea facing balcony has a table and chairs and a BBQ for alfresco dining. The balcony wraps itself around the front and side of the Apartment and is for the sole use of Orchid's guests.

Around the apartment are shady and planted access areas.

Smoking - is allowed around the outside areas but not inside Orchid's rooms.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
