Perched above the village in a secluded garden, with fields on 3 sides, Eastern Lee offers peaceful and spacious accommodation within 2 miles of Yarmouth with its harbour, restaurants and pubs. Beaches are 3 miles away.

New for 2017: downstairs walk-in shower accessible for those with restricted mobility.

Originally built in 1931, Eastern Lee has been extended and refurbished to luxury 21st century standards using a ground source heat pump and environmentally friendly technology. Groundfloor bedrooms and living space are wheelchair accessible and offer accommodation to those not wanting stairs. Downstairs shower room has easy access without step.Upstairs 2 en suite bedrooms allow 3 generations or families privacy whilst sharing living spaces. Free WiFi available

There is a variety of beaches within easy reach by car, bus or bike. The house is ideally placed for sailing, fishing, golf, cycling, visits to English Heritage properties...and relaxing. Footpaths pass within 50m of the house joining the Hamstead Trail, enabling visitors to explore Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty and Heritage Coastline. Walks along the south coast 3 miles away offer chances to find fossils and dinosaur footprints. Low light pollution and wide views give great opportunities to observe the night sky.

Pets must not be left unattended in our houses or unsupervised in grounds.

Location fantastic but Not as wheelchair accessible as described. No frosted windows or blinds in the bathrooms upstairs. Outside needs tidying up dirty Rusty barbecue in garden.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Steve and Jill (the owner) a message.

If Steve and Jill (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
