Harbour Life is an immaculate two bed first floor apartment, perfectly situated within the heart of Yarmouth on the Isle of Wight. This apartment offers everything needed to make a relaxing and enjoyable holiday. You enter via the communal hallway, and go up two sets of stairs, the front door will be found on your right-hand side. You enter into the wonderfully light open-plan living area, with comfortable seating, Smart TV, dining table for 6 and the bijoux but perfectly formed kitchen. The twin bedroom and family bathroom will also found on the ground floor of the apartment. The master double bedroom will be found up the narrow stairs, with town views and en-suite WC and basin. The picturesque harbour Town of Yarmouth benefits from a bustling year-round community and boasts of having many of the best café’s pubs, restaurants and boutique shops on the Island. Explore Yarmouth Castle, which has been protecting the Harbour since Henry Eight's time, or walk along the impressive long timber pier, dating back to Georgian times, and enjoy the many boats that will pass you by. Why not take a boat trip to visit The Needles or go deep sea fishing for Bass or Cod. From your Yarmouth Apartment take a relaxing walk along the Yar Estuary to Freshwater, enjoying the abundance of wildlife on route. Or little further afield, do a spot of dinosaur footprint hunting at Compton Bay. The most perfect Yarmouth Cottage, for your enjoyment any time of the year.

Off road parking is first come first served, or there is roadside parking and a large car park a couple of minutes’ walk away Sorry No smoking.

Note: the stairs up to the master bedroom are open thread, narrow and steeper than normal.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
