It’s 2023 our fantastic holiday chalet, is in perfectly clean condition. We have painted throughout and added televisions in all three rooms. The master bedroom TV has built in DVD and all televisions are free view. We replaced the bedstead/mattress in master bedroom last season with a memory foam/sprung combination for extra comfort after a long day at the beach. Also new at the end of last year is a cozy corner sofa for those nights in. This beautiful chalet is available after having undertaken a complete refit and redecoration after purchase and was completely repainted in 2021 to keep it looking fresh. There are approx 188 chalets on this beautiful, simple and unspoilt site but take note, each and everyone of these chalets will be totally different on the inside. They simply are a fantastic way of spending your time on holiday, whilst in Sandown on the Isle of Wight. This chalet is completely self contained and fully equipped for self catering purposes as follows:-The kitchen comprises of:- under worktop Single Oven, Separate Hob, Microwave, Toaster, Kettle, Fruit Bowl, Cutlery, 8 Piece Dinner Service, Wine Glasses, Pint Glasses, Tumblers and Kids Cups. There are a selection of Frying pans and Saucepans and lids, Baking trays, Bowls and always a tea towel. The microwave has been replaced in 2022. The lounge comprises of :- 32" wall mounted TV on a rotating arm, table and chairs to seat four people and a high chair is also provided for free should you need one. There is a coffee table for inside and one for out all to help you relax and feel at home whilst watching tv. I will advise however this chalet is of a compact nature and our feeling is that it is only big enough for four adults not six and would not accommodate a large family. The bathroom comprises of:- large bath with an electric shower fitted with curtain, to give you the choice. White basin and WC and electric towel rail to get those bits dry for the morning. There is a mirrored wall cabinet in here, so you can get ready and store your essential items. Included also is a bath mat in shocking pink to get out onto. Please note, no towels are provided in this chalet. The master bedroom comprises of:- Faux Leather Double Bedstead with King Size Duvet Bedding giving the ladies a chance of some covers. The curtains around the chalet all match the bedding which has been choosen to keep the chalet looking bright and clean. There is also a large wardrobe and chest of drawers in here for your storage needs.The kids bunk bed room comprises of:- metal framed bunk bed with matching duvets and curtains. A chest of drawers and various children's toys are also included in here, as is a funky room tidy for the little ones to house their bits. The chalet has been completed and decorated with the aim of providing you with the best of features and facilities, to enable you to quickly settle in relax and start to enjoy your holiday. The electric is set up with a preset meter which will be loaded with £10 of electric on your arrival and your hot water is turned on and off by switch to keep costs at a minimum. It takes only approx 90 minutes to heat the tank for a lovely hot bath or water for the washing up. All heating is provided by oil free portable radiators giving you the flexibility of where you want to heat. In the summer months these chalets require no heating whatsoever. This accommodation boasts modern, clean and bright fixtures and additional extras such as the 32" flat screen colour television with a rotating arm allowing you to watch the TV out on the grass outside, while sipping your favourite tipple and watching the children or catching the beautiful sunshine. We have also purchased four new aqua folding garden chairs to give you somewhere to relax outside whilst your enjoying the sunshine or a glass of wine while watching the children.

Why can't I call Lise (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I pay the balance of my holiday?

You can pay the remaining balance of your holiday at any point. Simply go to Manage my holiday booking and click Pay now.

We’ll automatically charge the balance payment to the same payment method 10 days before it’s due. Go to Manage my holiday booking to see when the payment will be taken.

How can I retract my booking request?

You’ll need to contact Lise (the owner) to do this. Send them a message in Manage your holiday booking or through the contact form on this page.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Lise (the owner) a message.

If Lise (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
