Newly renovated ( in 2022) 2 Bedroom apartment in the village of Yesod Hama`ala in the center of the Hula valley in the upper Galilee region. The apartment includes 2 bedrooms, living room, a well equipped kitchen, dining area, large bath room, outdoor balcony with a quiet yard and an adjacent under roof parking place. The apartment is equipped with a full size refrigerator, micro wave oven, gas stove, coffee maker, dishes, T.V with international channels, washing machine and a wireless internet Wi Fi. The place is very spacious and is located in a green and very quiet street.

Established in 1883, Yesod Hama`ala (sometimes spelled as Yesud Hama`ala) is a village with a population of 2000 people.The village has wide streets with nice gardens and it is surrounded with orchards of fruits. Local conveniences include synagogue, grocery stores, local bakery, restaurants, coffee shops swimming pool, kids play park (5 minutes walk from us) and very close to Ahula Nature Reserve, to Agamon Ahula and to the Jordan river sources nature reserves.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send RON (the owner) a message.

If RON (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
