Furnished and equipped to a very high standard, the property is just a few minutes’ walk from the National Railway Museum and York Railway Station. A 10 minute walk will take you to the many shops, restaurants, bars, cafes and visitor attractions in the city centre.

The property has 4 bedrooms. There are two double bedrooms with king size beds on the 2nd floor, both bedrooms have ensuite facilities including shower, wc and basin. The 1st floor has a spacious triple room with three single beds and one further single bedroom. Also situated on the 1st floor is the main family bathroom with bath, over-bath shower, wc and basin. The lounge / diner is located on the ground floor along with the kitchen and cloakroom with wc and basin.
