Situated only 90 steps from the western doors of the Minster, this wonderful bolt hole really does have everything. The family owned ex Minster property is superbly appointed having undergone a sympathetic renovation programme during the spring of 2023. No 8 offers the charm of many retained period features and the comfort of modern living.

The property really is as close to the Minster as the photo suggests, benefitting from a uniquely tranquil location yet within a short walk of all York's many attractions.

Imagine driving along the historic cobbled road adjacent to the Minster then 30 seconds later parking in the properties own self contained garage, a rarity for a property in this location.

The centre of the property is the open plan living space, featuring a bespoke fully fitted farrow and ball hand painted kitchen , exposed king post trusses, oak flooring with quality furniture throughout.

How do damage deposits work?

If Daryl (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
