Apartment Idassa will inspire you to discover an historical and romantic city like Zadar. We offer wonderful, cosy accommodation to spend some days while visiting beautiful Croatia.

Apartment is modern decorated, totally furnished and equipped with everything you need.

It has one bedroom with a comfortable bed for two people, living/dinner room and bathroom with a shower. In the living room is one sofa bed where the third guest can sleep. The kitchen is fully equipped (refrigerator, dishwasher and stove with oven). We provide pots, dishes and everything you need for a small or big meal.

Apartment is 45 m2 in total, and everything is working nice properly. In the lobby you can find some suggestions about the city, near islands, national parks, night clubs…

In front of the house is a big garden with flowers, fruits and vegetables...terrace is also there.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Frane (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
