Enjoy your stay at our apartment situated in the city center, three minutes walk from the city bridge on the landward side of the city of Zadar. Our apartment has fully equipped kitchen/living room, one bedroom with one king-size bed and one single bed, bathroom, a small front yard and a separate entrance.

The apartment is located on an excellent place, a short walk to the city center and all Zadar attractions, historical buildings, monuments, the Sea Organ, the Greeting to the Sun, University of Zadar, and much more.

Only a few minutes walk from the apartment you can find boat trips to the National Park of Kornati, or excursions to NP Krka and Plitvice.

You can park your car for free within ten meters of the apartment. Everything you need is nearby: supermarket, pharmacy, post office, bus station, banks, gas station, city bridge, taverns, many restaurants, bakery, city beaches.

The city port is 10 minutes walk from us and if you want to visit the nearby islands of Pasman and Ugljan, journey lasts 20 minutes. The sea is clean so that you can swim in almost any part of the city.

If you wish to visit Zadar, Croatia you are welcome to stay at our accomodation.

We live right next to the apartment and we can help you with everything you need.

Since 2014. I rent my place for tourists from all over the world 8 month a year. In the wintertime we are closed. If you are student studying in Zadar, Croatia, we can discuss your needs and monthly price. My apartment is in the city center nearby university, supermarkets, post office, banks, and everything you need. Always fully cleaned and desinfected quiet place you are looking for.

Please be considerate and do not be too loud at night, especially after 11 PM.
When you leave the apartment you need to turn off the lights and the water, shut off the air conditioning and other electrical appliances and lock the doors and close the windows. Please, pay attention to your children when go out on the street.
Watch out for open flames and extinguished cigarette butts to prevent fires.
Please, leave the apartment in the same condition as you found it: clean, tidy and undamaged.

Tolle Lage, nette Vermieter und schöne Wohnung. Vermieter sind immer hilfsbereit und nah. Würde jedem weiter empfehlen zumal es sehr günstig und auch sehr sauber ist.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Zvonimir (the owner) a message.

If Zvonimir (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
