Tipica Casa nel vecchio borgo di Zagarolo, “Casa Micca” è un affascinante e romantico studio (monolocale) piccolo ma dotato di tutti i comforts, una antica casa nei costoni di tufo, che si snoda su 1 solo piano. Alla casa si accede direttamente dai costoni di tufo del borgo. Una breve scala consente di accedere nella casa costituita da un ambiente unico, confortevole e ben organizzato, caratterizzato da una zona dove si trova il letto matrimoniale, e una area con una deliziosa cucina di maioliche. Questa casa può accogliere comodamente fino a 2 ospiti. La casa ha un bagno dotato di doccia Jacuzzi. La prima colazione è servita presso i Bars delle piazzette del borgo. E’ disponibile l’upgrade alla mezza pensione e pensione completa, i Pranzi e le Cene saranno ovviamente serviti presso i Ristoranti convenzionati del borgo di Zagarolo. Typical House in the Old Town, “Casa Micca” is a little charming and romantic studio-apartment, comfortable and equipped. A real “tuf” studio-apartment house welcoming up to guests. Really located on the tuff rocky side of the Old Twon you can access this house by a little stair. The house even if little (it is a studio!) it is really well organized with a large double bed and a precious maiolica’s kitchenette. This house can easily accommodate up to 2 guests. The house has 1 bathroom and Jacuzzi shower. The “Colazione” is obviously served at the partner Old Town Bars for a Breakfast at the “piazzetta“, as the italian use you will enjoy a tasty Espresso and Cappuccino, coming with typical italian breakfast cakes as Cornetto or Maritozzo. The upgrade to Half Board andFull Board it is available on request, with Lunches and Dinners served into the partner Old Town Restaurants. We are located in a Wine Area and we recommend to complete this experience with a Wine Tour to visit and taste to the local Wine Cellars and WineShops. Wine Packages they are available to allow you to taste our local (or italian) wines during yourOld Town House experience or when you will be back home. Extra service available : Laundry Service. How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Ulia Luca (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
