Apartments are equipped with all amenities for you to feel like you're home. What we offer is the use of household appliances, air conditioning, ovens, wireless internet, refrigerators, irons and ironing boards, central heating, washing machine and hair dryer. In addition, we provide our guests free parking and during those warm summer nights we have a big new outdoors pool for you to enjoy with indoor jacuzzi and sauna.Conditioning costs 40 kn (5 euros) per day.

Our apartments are located in quiet and peaceful area, with plenty activities for you to enjoy with a walking distance. You can visit Maksimir stadium or famous Maksimir park which includes Zagreb Zoo and five beautiful lakes. You can take a long walk through the park or rent a bike. If you want to visit town center it will take only 15 minutes with a tram which will take you directly to the heart of the city. There you can experience Baroque atmosphere of the Upper Town, picturesque open-air markets, selection of traditional Croatian cuisine in various restaurants. Zagreb is a city of green parks and walks, with many places to visit in the beautiful surroundings. Public transportation is well organized and it's a common way to get around the town. If necessary we also provide a transport by van to and from the apartments (up to 8 passengers).

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Edin (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
