Description

Welcome to Zagreb, welcome to Time inn apartment! The apartment is located in the very center of Zagreb, near the main square. The building where the apartment is located is part of the old city and cultural monument of zero category. Due to its attractive location and completely redecorated and luxurious interior, ideal for guests who want to experience and learn about the city, its history and tradition. Our suite will offer its guests full comfort and pleasure of staying right at home. The apartment consists of two bedrooms, living room, kitchen, dining area, bathroom and a spacious entrance hall. It is fully equipped with all the technical devices such as LCD TV, DVD, radio, the Internet, and all the appliances that meet the needs of the most demanding guests. For our guests have a parking place in the courtyard.

On arrival guests recommended to check-in from 14:00 to 20:00 hours, and on the day of departure check-out no later than 11:00 pm. Upon arrival, our officer will brief about the content apartments, and more important and interesting locations and events in the city. You will be asked to sign a lease and application forms. Please carefully and responsibly use the furniture and equipment of the apartment in order to avoid unnecessary damage and hence unnecessary costs for repairs. All guests are required to respect the provisions of the House Rules, which is highlighted in the apartment. On departure, please, with our representative to carefully check the apartment and then give him back the keys to the apartment. We wish you a pleasant stay in our apartment and our town.

“Spacious, modern apartment in great location”

We were pleasantly surprised at how nice this apartment is. The entire interior appears brand-new and is comfortable and spacious. The location is excellent. It's a brief walk from the main square and the old town. There are cafes and the streetcar very close by. Parking is available also. The hosts are helpful and it was easy to check-in. Had we known the apartment would be so nice and Zagreb would have so much to offer, we would have stayed longer.

“good apartment with a good location.”

The location is awesome, only 2 minutes walking to the center. The apartment is perfect for a weekend holidays, clean, spacious rooms, nice living room, with a modern decoration and good style. Good internet connection and good kitchen with all the details. If you are planning to go to Zagreb you already have your place to stay in the city.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Kristijan (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
