From the owner

Newly renovated modern apartment located in Design District in the center of the city. Recently refurbished with the most of the furniture designed and made by my husband and me. Every detail is chosen and made with care to contribute to the atmosphere and to make you fill like at home.

The apartment features a bright, specious room with two single beds and pullout sofa, kitchen and the bathroom.

The kitchen is equipped with all necessary utensils for cooking and serving. We also offer complementary food basics like coffee, tea, sugar, salt.

Everything you need is just around the corner: bakeries, grocery stores, supermarkets, coffee shops, bars, restaurants... It is also 10 minutes walk from Bus and 15 min from Main Railway Station.

All tourist attractions are within 15 minutes walking distance from the apartment

We supply free unlimited wireless internet connection, TV with cable programs, hairdryer and iron. The kitchen is equipped with coffee machine, caffettiera, kettle and all necessary utensils for cooking and serving. We also offer complimentary food basics like coffee, sugar, salt, pepper.

PARKING

There is street parking available in front of the building which is not charged during nights and on weekends and there are also two parking garages nearby for 5/10 EUR/day.

Easily accessible: 3 tram stops away from the Main Railway Station and Bus Station, or 10-15 minutes by walk.

Two tram stops with 7 tram lines are just a few minutes away. taxi stand is two minutes away.

Why can't I call Jadranka (the owner) before booking?

If you have any questions before booking, you can send the property owner/manager a message via the contact form on their listing. Once you’ve booked, you can discuss the rental and make arrangements for your trip by logging into Manage my booking.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Jadranka (the owner) a message.

If Jadranka (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
