Prestige apartment Zagreb is a modern and new apartment set on the 5ft floor and enjoys panoramic views of city lights.

The apartment is located at the west city entrance, close to the Antunovic hotel.

The location is near to the Jarun lake, where lots of caffe bars, restaurants and night clubs take place. Close to the apartment there are several shopping centers ( Point,City One, Arena, Zagreb Fair, Konzum, Getro, Mercator, Metro... ) and also McDonalds.

Our city area is connected with the main city square and tha main bus station as well (direct tram lines No. 17 and 5).

The closest tram and bus station are just 200 m away.

The apartment is 25 min away from the airport by car.

Prestige apartment is completely new, modern flat and it is ideal for shorter or longer stay in the city of Zagreb.

The building is new and it has an elevator.

Our apartment has 73 square meters, and it offers comfortable stay for 4-6 persons. The apartment is air-conditioned and offers a lots of daily lights.

It is suitable for bussiness people, families with children and young people.

From our apartment you can enjoy beautiful view of Zagreb Tower and the Medvednica mountain, especially at night when the lights are turned on.

In front of the building there are lots of free parking spaces and there is a childrens playground as well.

The apartment consists of two bedrooms, large living room with a balcony entrance, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and another separated toillete.

The living room is connected with the dinning room. There is a 6 people table, a double sofa bed (140x200), PC, big LCD TV with more than 70 channels.

Wi-Fi is included in the price of the rental.

In the apartment there are two double bedrooms (bed dimension 160x210 and 140x200).

The kitchen is equipped with fridge, microwave, dishwasher, hob, oven and all utensils.

The bathroom has a sink, big boubletub, WC and washer/dryer mashine. The balcony has coffee table.

A nice place for a visit to Zagreb, Tram lines take you to the city center easily. The apartment was clean and comfortable.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Mirko (the owner) a message.

If Mirko (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
