Alta Vista is an impressive Andalusian style home perched on a hill and offers some of the most stunning views out to the Atlantic, yet only a short walk down to the 12 kilometres of white, pristine, sandy beaches of Zahara.

This gorgeous home is fully equipped with air conditioning and central heating for year round use and is spread across three floors to provide guests great space and magnificent views out to the ocean from virtually every room of the house. This home also enjoys a stunning new pool area complete with a large jacuzzi with sea views, a fantastic game room, table tennis, garden with fruit trees and an expansive parking area with room to easily park 3-4 cars. Absolutely everything thought of for your holiday!

It has 5 spacious double bedrooms to sleep up to 12 guests, 4 modern bathrooms with thermostatic showers (two of which are en-suite), and 1 guest toilet. It also boasts 2 fully equipped kitchens with Nespresso machines, 3 large terraces overlooking the sea and pool, solar heated pool and large jacuzzi with sea views, outdoor shower, table tennis facilities, BBQ, lounge chairs and beautiful private gardens with fruit trees.

Fully equipped and modern, it is fitted with WIFI and high speed internet throughout the house and also has satellite TVs with international programming in each bedroom and the living room. Bath towels, bed linens and hair dryers are provided for guest use. Beach chairs and beach towels are also available.

For your laundry needs, there is a full sized Bosch washer and Bosch tumble dryer in the utility room and a line dryer outside for hanging delicates. For added comfort and convenience, bathroom toiletries and house cleaning supplies are all kept in stock for guest use. The departure cleaning is included.

To ensure guests have top notch local staff present to attend to any needs or services required throughout their stay, Villa Alta Vista is professionally managed by a local agency in Zahara de los Atunes. They can help arrange any extras you may wish for your stay, such as mid stay house cleanings, ironing, etc.

Security: Villa is gated and has an outdoor security camera in car park area for security purposes.

Cancellations/Amendments: If you need to make changes to your booking, please note, reservations dates may be amended within the same calendar year subject to availability, but no refunds for cancelled bookings unless we are able to re-let the property. Please see booking contract for terms and conditions regarding amendments to bookings.

Activities: beach sports, water sports, hiking, cycling and horseback riding

Other activities: day trips to Vejer de la Frontera for seeing the spectacular white villages of Andalusia (20 minutes by car), Bolonia to see the Roman ruins of Baelo Claudia (20 minutes drive), Jerez for sherry tours (1 hr. by car), Seville for its architecture and bull fighting (2 hours by car), Tarifa for its wind surfing and boho village (40 minutes by car), or you can take a short ferry trip from Tarifa to Tangier, Morocco, for camel riding and shopping at the Medina.

Golf: The perfect weather conditions of this region allow for fantastic year round golfing. There are some great golf courses within reach, such as Montenmedio with its 6.260 meters, 18 holes and par 72 and is only 20km away.

Airports: There are several airports in the area: Jerez (1 hour), Gibraltar (1 hour), Malaga (2 hours), and Seville (2 hours)

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
