Studio apartment 25m2, located in a quiet area 50m from the sea in Akrotiri traditional Village-2km from Zakynthos town.

Parking, garden, swimming pool, terrace with wonderful sea view.

For those who love tranquility, nature, privacy, beautiful sea view, comfort, and they are keen on authentic holidays these 2 studios are the ideal choice.

GiaLou is surrounded by green hills and has a magnificent view of the famous crystal blue Ionian Sea, not to mention access to the almost private beach that lies just 2 minutes walk away from the villa.

These 2 studios are lovely decorated and are on the top of a private villa, owned by Lou and Dimitris, a couple of medical doctors who live there with their 2 friendly female dogs. Nevertheless the studios are completely independent, have their own private entrance and share the big yard, the swimming pool and the parking area.

Studio 1 is 25 m2, with a double sofa bed and Studio 2 is 28 m2 with 2 single sofa beds.

Both studios are ideal for 2 persons and each offer a well equipped kitchenette, private bathroom and free Wi-Fi.

On site there is also a laundry room, a swimming pool, and a parking area for the guests. Bed linen and towels are also provided.

Nearby the house there is a mini market where you can buy the basics. For more shopping there are many supermarkets and specialty shops in Zakynthos town or Tsilivi Village. Within walking distance there are lovely restaurants or one can go to Zakynthos town or Tsilivi Village for a more cosmopolitan environment, museums etc.

From the town harbor you can ride buses for the unspoiled beautiful villages or take regular boat trips to the famous beaches of the island like "Navagio"(Ship-wreck).

It's everything there for you to choose and enjoy!

Almost any time of the day or night, in case of emergency or not, we, Lou and Dimitris live on site and we are happy to assist you.

How do damage deposits work?
