El Caserío Izetaerdi se sitúa en el Bº de Urdaneta de Aia. A pesar de pertenecer a Aia, se encuentra a tan solo 3km del centro de Zarautz, la Playa y 4km de la Reserva Natural de Pagoeta, es considerado como el balcon de Zarautz por sus expectaculares vistas al mar y la montaña.

El Caserío Izetaerdi está totalmente renovado dispone de 4 habitaciones dobles cada una con su baño incorporado y una sala – cocina de zona común equipada.Todo acceso en planta baja.El Caserio Izetaerdi es un agroturismo cuya actividad principal es la explotacion ganadera en nuestro caso la cria de pollo en libre pradera, criamos pollos de la raza LUMAGORRI, explotacion que podeis ver y comprobar la cria del pollo al aire libre 100%natural, y como complemento disponemos de parte del caserio como alojamiento turistico con unos 500m2 de los cuales 200m2 se dedican a las habitaciones, la parte que se alquila es la planta baja que no dispone de Porches, en la otra mitad del edificio viven los propietarios. Izetaerdi dispone de mas de 6000m2de jardin y 30.000m2 de terreno alrededor de la casa y 17hectareas de terreno propio.

En este caserio se admiten mascotas 5/10kg. (Maximo 2 por grupo)

El Caserio se situa enclavado en un punto estrategico para visitar San Sebastian 15 minuitos, Bilbao 30/45 minutos, Zumaia y la costa a tan solo 10 minutos.Por ello es ideal como centro de operaciones para desplazarse de un lugar a otro.

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    How do I edit my booking?

    You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Sara (the owner) a message.

    If Sara (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
