Built in 2014 on a large property, Villa Emily Hvar is a mixture of modern and Mediterranean features presenting the original exterior architectural solutions coupled with natural beauty and local tradition. The peaceful area of the villa’s surroundings is unique and offers unforgettable vacation experience.
Villa Emily Hvar is located in the central, rural part of the island, on the hill above the magical bay of Pokrivenik, only 30 minutes away from the town of Hvar.
All the areas of luxurious secluded villa with pool, Hvar island are set on the ground floor and partly in the basement. Ground floor comprises large, open plan living area with dining room and modern, fully equipped kitchen (microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, high chair). Living area is modernly furnished and features a fireplace. This area offers direct access to the surrounding terraces and it’s perfectly blended with the exterior. Three double bedrooms are also set on the ground floor, one with en suite bathroom and two bedrooms with shared bathroom. All three bedrooms have a direct exit to the pool terrace.
The internal staircase descend to the villa’s basement with separate dining room and a small wine cellar. One large double bedroom with private bathroom is in the basement of the villa.
Besides modern kitchen, there is also a specially designed pergola with large built-in barbecue, outdoor mini-bar, loungers and an al fresco dining at the terrace. Large sun deck with a swimming pool and the outdoor shower is the most relaxing area, set in front of the pergola. Perfect for unwinding and enjoying the beautiful colors of sunset and the magical surroundings.
Next to the main villa, there is a separate studio apartment with private kitchen and a toilet.
Villa Emily Hvar also features fully equipped gym, sauna, whirlpool and massage table. Special feature of the villa is definitely a private tennis court, connected to the residential part of the villa through stone plated walkways. Tennis court is equipped with reflectors, so it is available day and night. There is also a bocce court.
Villa Emily Hvar is fully air conditioned and equipped with modern video surveillance and alarm system, providing the additional safety to its guests, as well as with the system of electronic locks for an easier access. It provides comfortable accommodation for 12 guests.
