Glacier skiing at Kaprun 5kms away is accessible all year round. Probably the best (maybe the only) house available to rent in Zell!
SECURITY DEPOSIT
A security deposit of €500 is payable to the owner 3 weeks prior to arrival. If less than 3 weeks to your arrival date, it is payable immediately after booking. Payment will generally be made by bank transfer or other method convenient to both the guest and the owner. Assuming everything is OK, the deposit will be refunded in full within 7 days of departure.

"Accommodation and facilities were a major influence in successful holiday” - This was our first skiing Holiday en-famille, with children ranging from 16 to 4 years old,(We travelled with two other families who stayed in nearby hotels.) and the House greatly contributed to a most enjoyable Holiday. If I were to do it again tomorrow I would prefer this house to an Hotel. The House is immaculate and very comfortable. As per Brochure ,it is ideally situated ...ski lifts ... town centre....Restaurants & Bars....Train station....Leisure Centre...etc...If you have young Children there is a secure Garden, and if you have older teenagers 5-10 min walk to town and ski lifts. Across the road there is a "7-11" type outlet which is ideal for self catering....We had full week of Snow and some rain so laundry facilities were fantastic and took the pain out of getting into wet gear. All in all I would highly recommend
"Great house in an excellent location" - Our group consisted of 8 guys on our annual skiing trip. The arrangements were as agreed from the outset. The owner provided a very helpful information pack from which we were able to book taxi transfers from Salzburg Airport and book our ski hire prior to arrival. The house is very central - less than a 5 minute walk to the gondola station and an abundance of bars and restaurants within a 10 minute walk. The house itself is big, bright and spacious with every appliance provided. 3 large bedrooms, 2 wcs, open plan kitchen and dining area and a great lounge room with tv, dvd and some really cool bean bags - perfect for chilling out after a long day on the slopes. The basement has a washing machine and dryer - with clothes horses etc for drying clothes - (Pack light!!) The wifi connection is excellent (and free) and most importantly the house is really warm with underfloor heating! There is a handy garage for storing skis, boards etc also if you do not avail of the numerous lockers between the house and the gondola station. The house is very spacious - 8 grown guys and we had loads of room! Recommended!!
"Great location, comfortable house that accommodated our family of 7" - Chalet Struber is very conveniently located near the centre of Zell am See. The House was clean, linens fresh and the kitchen was although basic sufficiently equipped for our needs. The wooden floors added a nice atmosphere. We stayed in the house with 7 persons and there is sufficient space in the house. Heating, hot and cold water services were great, never ran out of hot water. There is only one bathroom and a second toilet but we were able to manage this. The laundry area ( Washer and dryer) was very useful. If we would return to Zell am See we would gladly stay here again.

"A spacious, well-presented property in an excellent holiday location" - We (2A, 3C 10,11,14) stayed for 6 days in August. It is a very good holiday rental, clean, well-equipped and crucially well-located; the main bus terminus for adventures on the 2 main mountains, the City Express cable car for shorter adventures and the charming Lido are all less than 500 metres level walk from here. Owner and his local agent were very efficient in all dealings.
