Villa Bahia is an oceanfront villa located in Puerto Mio on the cliff overlooking the beaches of Zihuatanejo. Here you will have an unobstructed view of the Pacific Ocean and Zihuatanejo Bay. Villa Bahia was designed by renowned architect Enrique Zozaya and beautifully blends modern and traditional Mexican-style architecture.

Villa Bahia includes the services of my full-time chef, maid, groundskeeper, and personal property manager. My staff has been in my employ for over five years. The staff will discuss your meal plan for the duration of your stay at Villa Bahia. The El Mercado in Centro Zihuatanejo is an experience not to be missed. Shopping for fresh produce and “Catch of the Day” in the “farm to market” stalls is once in a lifetime adventure. A member of the staff will accompany your group to the market and aid in your shopping. Coconut shrimp, lobster, grilled whole red snapper, and fresh filet of fish are just a few of the house specialties at Villa Bahia.

This elegant 7,000-square-foot villa has open terraces on 3 bedrooms. The fourth bedroom is surrounded by beautiful landscaping and gardens. The Bahia Suite is the honeymoon suite at Pacific Vacation Resort. The Sol and Cascada rooms are oceanfront rooms and Planta room is a garden room. Each bedroom has its own ensuite bath and a gorgeous oceanfront or garden view. Villa Bahia accommodates 8 guests in luxury. Villa Bahia has staff quarters for two traveling staff in the Nino room

Villa Bahia also has 2 salons and an infinity edge pool. The Upper Salon features a multi media entertainment system. The Poolside Salon is in the middle of the poolside action. All rooms are air-conditioned and fully furnished, including TV, DVD/CD player, toiletries and mini-fridge. Villa Bahia has a diving platform on the ocean level to enjoy access to the bay. The oceanfront villa is gated and has 24 hour security.

The villa's grounds are a tropical paradise. Many activities are available in the Bay area for your enjoyment including deep sea fishing, scuba diving, parasailing, windsurfing, snorkeling and water skiing.

Your rental includes a single airport pick up and drop off for your group.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Aharon (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
