Unserer Haus am Wald verfügt über 1 Ferienwohnung-Fewo-Kombi, die sich im 1 OG (Appartement mit Duschbad) & im Dachgeschoß (Küche & 2. Schlafzimmer mit Gäste-WC, ohne Dusche) des Hauptgebäudes befindet.

Die Ferienwohnung (Appartement im 1. OG, Küche & 2. Schlafzimmer im Dachgeschoss) ist über das Treppenhaus zugänglich.

Die angegebenen Preise gelten für die komplette Ferienwohnung inkl. 2. Schlafzimmer nebst Gäste-WC ohne Kurtaxe, die Sie bitte vor Ort entrichten. Buchungen der Fewo-Kombi, Einzelzimmer, sowie Komplettbuchungen aller verfügbarer Zimmer plus Apartment-Fewo2 sind möglich, dazu können Sie uns einfach kontaktieren und wir schicken Ihnen gern unser Angebot zu.

Abstellstellmöglichkeit für Räder und Kfz sind am Objekt gegeben.

In 15 Gehminuten erreichen Sie das Zentrum in Zingst und die Seebrücke sowie den Strand.

Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, ein Fahrradverleih und Gaststätten finden Sie in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Rad-/Wandertouren können Sie, fernab vom Verkehr, direkt vom Haus aus starten.

    Sehr geehrter H. Spielhaupter, vielen Dank für Ihre Bewertung und die Zeit, die Sie sich dafür genommen haben. "Leider ..." konnte unser Angebot Sie dann doch nicht allumfänglich überzeugen und hat Ihren sonst "ausgezeichneten" Eindruck getrübt. Wir hatten angenommen, das die Dinge, auf die sich Ihre Hinweise beziehen, ausgenommen der zur Wohnfläche, zu der die Beschreibung im Portal keine Angaben enthält, aus den Beschreibungen und den Fotos zur Wohneinheit für Sie bei Buchung ersichtlich und verständlich war. Scheinbar hat das in Ihrem Fall nicht geklappt. Dies bedauern wir sehr ! Weitere Gäste außer Ihnen gab und gibt es im Haupthaus nicht. Die ältere Dame, der Sie ggf. im Hausflur begegneten, gehört zur Familie, bewohnt die Wohnung mit Eingang vis-a-vis des Zimmers im 1. OG und benutzt den Hausflur lediglich um in ihre Wohnung zu gelangen bzw. diese wieder zu verlassen. Üblicher Weise geschieht dies ca. 1-2 mal am Tag. Tagsüber ist sie für gewöhnlich nicht im Haus, da sie im Service anderer Ferienwohnungen tätig ist. Ist Sie mal anwesend, dürften Sie sie kaum bemerkt haben, da sie, soweit irgend möglich, im größtmöglichen Maß Rücksicht auf unsere Feriengäste nimmt. Wäre dies nicht auch in Ihrem Fall so gewesen, wäre Ihre Bewertung sicherlich auch anders ausgefallen. Gern nehmen wir uns Ihrer Hinweise an, jedoch ist eine andere Lösung baulicherseits nicht gegeben, so dass wir hier nur nochmals auf die Beschreibung und ausführliche Bebilderung des Objektes, hinweisen können / möchten. Zusammen beschreiben diese die Gegeben detailliert und waren bislang unseren Gästen insoweit auch bewusst. Ihr Haus am Wald Team

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    If Dietmar (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
