Poolside Paradise is located in the exclusive golf community of Coral Ridge Resort and is perfect for your next Southern Utah getaway! Featuring 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, this villa sleeps 10 with a king in the master, queen in the 2nd bedroom, and 2 twin over full beds in the 3rd bedroom. This home also includes a leather sofa sleeper memory foam mattress, while each of the bedrooms boasts a plush cool gel memory foam mattress for your most comfortable nights from home. The kitchen is fully stocked to meet your kitchen needs, it has granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, a toaster, a blender, a hand mixer, coffee maker, tea pot, and more. This home includes cable on both of the large flat screen TV's capable of connection to your personal accounts such as netflix, Hulu, and etc. Both TV's are accessorized with new blue ray players and 50 mgs of high speed wireless internet. How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Rick (the owner) a message.

If Rick (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
