Many thanks for your review and feedback. We will certainly take note and deal with the things you have brought to our attention. We did email you back as soon as we received your email and you then emailed again to say you had found the cutlery in the kitchen table drawer so everything was fine. However, we can understand that it should be clear where things are.
Regarding the parking, it is clear that the cottage doesn't have that facility. This is unfortunate, but there isn't anything that can be done. The cottage does front onto the road, but it is the road through the village and on a corner so the speed of vehicles should be appropriate to those conditions.
We are pleased that you enjoyed your stay. Many thanks again.
