Check out our spacious and comfortable property for your special trip this year. We have three downstairs living rooms and four double bedrooms so there is plenty of room to spread out! Gower Edge has off road parking for up to three cars at the front and a secluded garden to the rear and we are dog friendly for multiple dogs so you really can bring the whole family with you! We are centrally placed to visit both Swansea Bay and the Gower as well as being within easy day trip reach of Pembrokeshire, the Brecon Beacons and Cardiff.
If you are after a home from home, the well equipped kitchen has a dual fuel range cooker, fridge freezer, dishwasher and microwave, and there is a washing machine and tumble drier in the conservatory. There is plenty of choice if you choose to eat out as well. From Killay to Mumbles there are many pubs and restaurants hoping they can tempt you in, and we have some tasty local Take Aways and excellent independent butchers and grocers as well!
At the end of a busy day you will want to snuggle in for the night. There are four large and comfortable double bedrooms (three twins and a king size) on the first floor. The upstairs bathroom has a corner bath and separate shower and there is a further bathroom downstairs with wash hand basin. We have been complemented frequently on our wide range of books, toys, games and DVDs which keep the kids (both young and old) amused whilst the adults chill, so you will be able to enjoy your time at home as well.
The Gower and Swansea Bay offer a wide range of activities for all ages including coasteering, surfing, sea fishing and kayaking. Walking, golfing and cycling remain popular and are a great way to appreciate the local countryside. The beaches are, of course, a favourite both summer and winter and you really are spoilt for choice in this area of outstanding natural beauty. The Wales Coast Path skirts the edge of the Gower and the festival city of Swansea offers many and varied calendar highlights throughout the year. Whether you book a fortnight or a short break you will find plenty to keep you and your family occupied and will find yourself refreshed and your batteries recharged by the end of your stay.

Swansea and the Gower have much to offer throughout the year and we are happy to offer short breaks for the majority of the year, so you don't need to wait for the summer! We are also happy to welcome multiple pets to the property at no additional charge.

We hope to provide you with a home from home from which to enjoy your stay in the area. Gower Edge is a spacious house with three downstairs living rooms and a conservatory to the rear. There is a dining table in the front lounge and a TV with free view in the rear lounge. All lounges have DVD players and there is a good selection of DVDs and videos at the property.
There are four double bedrooms upstairs, one with kingsize double bed and three with twin beds. There is a large family bathroom on the first floor with a corner bath and separate shower cubicle. Downstairs there is a further toilet with wash hand basin. The well equipped kitchen includes a dual fuel range cooker, fridge freezer, dishwasher and microwave and there is a washing machine and tumble drier in the conservatory.
Linen and towels are provided for the let, including towels for use at the beach. The house has wi-fi and this is available free during your stay. Please feel free to contact us to discuss any particular requirements you have and we will do our best to provide them.

The large garden to the rear of the property is not overlooked. It is enclosed on all sides, but the hedge to one side by the house can be penetrated by any doggie guests who enjoy escaping. ie dogs can run free in the garden, but should not be left unattended. There is a patio near the house, and different areas of the garden are shaded or in the sun throughout the day. To the front of the property there is off road parking for three cars.
