Hi, thank you for taking your time to leave a review for Bryn Bach. I’m sorry to hear you felt the property was not up to scratch, which I do find surprising knowing how much attention to detail the owner pays to her holiday home (hence the great reviews). As we never received a call (as per our welcome letter) from you about this issue we were obviously unable to deal with the matter there and then. The jets are a fantastic part of our beautiful island but may I add that ‘all day’ is a drastic exaggeration. Once again, thank you for your feedback.
