Offering all the delights of the English countryside, yet within under-an-hour’s commute to the heart of London. New kitchen, 50 inch LED TV, wonderful enclosed garden, has been fully renovated and extended and fully furnished.

Modern conveniences include: full central heating, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, satellite TV (100 channels), DVD player, sound system, and exceptionally comfortable new beds, with linen and towels provided. Short distance to historical Guildford, golfing, boating, cycling, fishing, swimming, bird watching and visiting historic country homes and RHS Wisley. With easy road and rail links to Central London (with all its major attractions) you are also under an hour's drive from the South Coast and major theme parks: Legoland, Chessington, Thorpe Park, 60 min Brighton and London. Plenty of parking on quiet road.

I'm sorry about the grass, but as you are probably aware it has been raining a lot and the gardener could not cut it. With regard to the parking due to the shape it's not easy for more cars to park as they would get blocked in. As its not a busy road it is quite easy to park either on the road or the grass which is closer to the path leading to the front door. Would you kindly let me know what part of the kitchen was not up to your cleaning standard, as it is quite a large kitchen, so I can inform the cleaners to rectify it. Thank you very much for your feedback.

Why can't I call Steve (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Steve (the owner) a message.

If Steve (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
