The hall radiator is only off as we have a slight leaking valve on it which is also scheduled for repair. One of the problems with being so popular is finding a guest free time to fix such things! We are writing this because if we had had the opportunity to read this before booking, we wouldn’t have! We have tried to keep it short – believe me, the first version being more like an essay!
As owners of Purbeck Cliffs Apartment we welcome comments and suggestions and have run the apartment very successfully for over 20 years. Each year we are visited by an independent Quality Assurance Assessor recognised by the Tourist Board to check the Apartment and we have consistently maintained our four star rating.
We were sorry this contributor did not enjoy her holiday, despite the beautiful weather they experienced. The comments about the pool were particularly unfair; the pool is kept heated to 81 degrees and above. It is checked at least twice a week and there is certainly no algae growing in it. It is unrealistic to promise to keep the pool totally insect free but we are always happy to give the pool an extra clean if requested.
Each year we redecorate and renew equipment and as part of this ongoing programme items such as the garden seats would clearly have been replaced, had this or some of the other points raised been brought to our attention at the time these would have been dealt with.
Purbeck Cliffs Apartment with its own private swimming pool and 2 acre garden presents outstanding value for money and compares very favourably with similar types of holiday where the swimming pool, sauna and snooker room are shared with other guests.
