Spiaggia di Acquacalda di Lipari- Isole Eolie- Appartamento con grande terrazza panoramica ad un passo dal mare. Il trivani è composto da una stanza da letto matrimoniale, da una stanzetta con due letti a castello ed un terzo letto estraibile e da un soggiorno/cucina completo di zona pranzo e zona cottura con cucina completa e da un bagno con doccia. L'appartamento costituisce il piano superiore di una casa su due livelli e la vista sul mare è davvero stupenda (si vedono le isole di Panarea, Stromboli e Salina). Un viottolo pedonale di pochi metri collega la casa alla spiaggia sottostante. L'appartamento è climatizzato, arredato e dotato di piatti, pentole, bicchieri, etc. La terrazza è attrezzata con tavoli e sedie per potere mangiare all'aperto godendo della magnifica vista sul mare. La località di Acquacalda è famosa per la bellezza del suo mare (bandiera BLU !) e per la sua lunghissima spiaggia fatta di ciottoli di grandezza variabile (detti Cuti i mari). La sua posizione rispetto all'isola (Nord) le conferisce un clima invidiabile perché sempre ben arieggiato e mai afoso. Il centro cittadino di Lipari (distante 9 km) o di Canneto (distante 4 km) è facilmente raggiungibile in pochi minuti di auto o moto oppure si può prendere l'autobus (il servizio di collegamenti pubblici con autobus ha una fermata vicino casa). La spiaggia di Acquacalda è l'unica sull'isola in cui il sole tramonta per ultimo e si può fare il bagno anche fino alle otto di sera. Nell'appartamento non sono ammessi animali, né tenere feste o fare rumori molesti o schiamazzi di alcun genere. Non vengono forniti servizi di tipo alberghiero (tipo pulizia durante il soggiorno, né si somministrano alimenti o bevande, etc).

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Daniela (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
