The best value 5 bed Villa in Rawai with a massive pool, totally private gardens and is very well situated. It can easily accommodate 9 people and is very well equipped so you can cater for yourself and have personal maid service. The freedom of your own private pool Villa when compared to an hotel is beyond question.

I do not believe you can get a Villa of this size and quality in Rawai for a similar price. If there you are only a small group ask me for a discount. Also if you want to book a long pertiod I can give a special discounted rate.

The Villa is in an ideal location, midway between Rawai and Chalong, in a quiet road next to Phuket Horse Riding Club.It is perfect for groups of friends or family with plenty of space for everybody to enjoy.Villa holidays are so popular now because you have all the facilities of a hotel but have total freedom to choose when and where you want to do things. You can make your own meals if you wish or just have a coffee ( or a cocktail) and lounge around the pool.The maid comes in for a couple of hours every day (except Sunday) to take care of the cleaning, linen and make your stay totally enjoyable.

Without doubt, the main attraction of this beautiful Villa is the massive pool and sunbathing deck. It is a saltwater pool which is kinder to the skin and hair than a chlorine pool and adjacent is a gorgeous sala which is ideal for alfresco dining or BBQ s.

The Villa itself has 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and an incredible lounge with a very high vaulted ceiling.There is a small minstrel's gallery upstairs leading to the bedroom from which you can look down over the whole lounge.

Inside the floors are all marble and quality furnishings of teak and leather. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need including cold water dispenser and a filter coffee machine.There are ample towels, crockery and utensils so you can cook your own food if you want a break from the restaurants.

Full air conditioning inside, WiFi and HomeTheatre, 50ins flat screen TV's add to your enjoyment.

The nearest beach is only 500 mtrs away and whilst this is beautiful and nice to take a long walk, it is a working beach where boats are moored and has shallow water with rocks. Nai Harn is perhaps the best beach on the island and this is only about 15 minutes drive away.

There are ample shops nearby where you can buy all you need and of course, many restaurants.Phuket Town and Patong are about 20/30 minutes drive away and there are large shopping Malls here and vibrant night life.

No smoking inside the Villa but OK outside or on the terrace.
You are charged for electric used at the local rate of 6 Thai Baht per unit and water is a flat rate of 200 Baht per week.
Sheets on the beds are changed once a week at which time the maid will also clean the Villa. If you require additional cleaning this can be arranged at a cost of 700 Baht each time.

Why can't I call Brian (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Brian (the owner) a message.

If Brian (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
