From the owner

We have 3 beautifully restored cottages on the lower slopes of Moel Siabod in beautiful Snowdonia. They have unrivalled views of the Llugwy and Ogwen Valleys. The cottages boast underfloor heating on the ground floors and central heating on the 1st floors. The kitchens are fully equipped to a high standard and the living rooms have a LCD HD 32" TV with Freesat HD and DVD Player. There is also a CD Player with MP3 connectivity. There is a log burner , with extra logs available from us for £5.00 per sack. Ty Llugwy has one double bedroom and sleeps 2 . It is a gorgeous, cosy little cottage with lots of charm. The views from the Living Room and Bedroom over the Llugwy Valley are breathtaking.We also have a two bedroomed cottage, Ty Llewelyn, and a three bedroomed cottage, Ty Siabod. On arrival, you will be greeted by a tray of goodies, including local Welsh treats, the most spectacular views. We offer free Wi-fi but this is Snowdonia folks so the speed is pretty slow! Therefore PLEASE do not bring your Now TV boxes etc as they will make other guests' wifi painfully slow! Our wifi is absolutely fine for viewing emails and Facebook etc but not for streaming.

Sorry but we do not allow dogs.

Why can't I call Elwyn (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Elwyn (the owner) a message.

If Elwyn (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
