Bod Idris is divided into 3 self contained units that are available to rent separately or for large groups of up to 2, you could rent all 3.

For a minimum break of 3 nights we provide..... year round self catering accommodation with spectacular views of surrounding mountains, sea and estuary.

Conveniently located on the edge of Barmouth with easy access to its shops, pubs, restaurants, beach , walks , cycle path and coastal walks,

The TOP APARTMENT, on the 3rd floor is a modern apartment that provides accommodation for 6 or can be connected to the second floor ( Middle Flat) to provide joint accommodation for groups up to 12

The MIDDLE APARTMENT is on the second floor. This is an almost an identical modern apartment to the top floor flat. It provides accommodation for 6 or can be connected to provide joint accommodation for 12 people.

The GROUND FLOOR APARTMENT is on two levels, the ground and 1st floor forms a substantial spacious apartment that provides accommodation for 8 or can be connected with the other apartments to provide accommodation for groups up to 20.

GENERAL Please note the house is on 4 floors. The ground floor is above road level; consequently there are a number of steps to be negotiated to reach the ground floor front door .

Access to 2nd and 3rd floor flats are to the rear of the property and involve many more steps - but the views are worth it.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Nick (the owner) a message.

If Nick (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
