"We are so sorry that you felt Little Panhaven was not up to your holiday cottage standards, and that you needed to post a review some 3 month after your stay. Yours is the first complaint we have ever received for the property, which has been rented out for over a year with very nearly full occupancy. All other holiday makers have been extremely happy and have re-booked as well as recommending us to family and friends.....our guest book is full of wonderful comments which I am sure that you will have noted during your stay. Unfortunately one of the plants was past its best and should have been removed. New carpets where fitted to the property in 2016 and we were unaware of any stains. The extremely small amount of damp was a tiny mark inside a cupboard door caused by the kettle being underneath it when boiling! To say the property has damp issues is incorrect. It was also such a shame that you left contacting us until the day before you were due to leave the cottage, as we always strive to rectify problems quickly.
Thank you once again for your feedback"
