we would desired have the time of find one solution. it was so sudden , you imagine although we does have not put the bath in our cottage of way volunteer!
after an evening in our cottage, you came prevent my mother, being in my work,want to leave because you find bats in the house, then only 15 minutes later, you were gone, having found a relocation without even us leaving time to return us to offer you another cottage for the remaining nights, time to find the problem and solve it.
My husband phone me to ask me too come immediately at home.
When I arrived only 10 minutes after, your friend have made them bag, and we're ready too leave.
when your friends are gone we have their said we would contact the website to see how too do in such a case! it was never a question of refund. the site said it was the first time that arrival such this cases and that it was a little suspicious, and certainly not our fault, so in such a short time you were gone.

My husband by prevention has left open all the windows, they certainly knew how to leave. Bath are protected in France.
Since our cottage is full and no one is ever such an event.
