Thanks for your review. With regards to the amount of accommodation we would point out that our listing is very clear as to how many beds the cabin has and it's size. We do feel a little disappointed that you have down graded us on this as the cabin is exactly as advertised. If you wanted more space perhaps you should have booked one of our larger cabins but of course this would have costs a little more. The sofa bed is of a very high quality, with metal frame and the best mattress available.

Tripadvisor have independently investigated your complaint thoroughly and have denied you any refund at all after finding that our cabin is cleaned to a very high standard. We suggest that your girlfriend goes and gets some therapy for her spider aversion and we also suggest to any potential guests that they search for all the excellent reviews we have on other booking sites for this Cabin and treat this particular review with all the respect that it deserves..

Thanks for your review, glad you had a nice time. For future reference there is wifi in the cabin if required. Point taken regarding pots and pans. We find however that if we supply non stick pans they get scratched very quickly by guests who are not used to them, hence we supply stainless steel instead.
