Thank you for your kind words and glad you enjoyed the stay, sorry we are unable to influence the weather. We try and keep the annex as private as possible but understand the use of the front door might seem a little distracting - it has never been mentioned before so we were oblivious to it. We have a side door at the far end of the property which we will now get into the habit of using. Im afraid the noise on Sunday morning was probably our German Shepherd coming down the stairs, she can be rather heavy footed - we will endeavour to slow her down, thanks for bringing it to our attention.
