Our cottages are pet friendly and we expect the dog owners to clean up after their dogs, we are sorry you found some dog poo's. Our garden is a mature well kept garden but the week you were on holiday we didn't have time to get the grass cut that day before you arrived due to having 2 cottages to clean on a Saturday as well as B&B. As you didn't have any dogs we didn't think you would be on the grass which was cut the previous Saturday. There is a large gravel and concrete area around the cottage.
Regarding the Wifi, we offer free wifi access at our B&B anytime, which is less than 5 minutes walk from both cottages as well as all the local eating places providing free wifi access.
Our photos are very accurate of the cottage as I took them myself.
Not really sure what you mean by TLC on the conservatory windows, they are in perfect condition.
We are sorry if you found the sheets a bit big for the bed but normal king size sheets are too tight for this bed as it has a really deep comfortable matteress.
We are only less than 5 minutes walk from cottage and we do say if there is anything not right or you require anything please let us know. We normally don't like to bother people on holiday with a lawnmower noise or ourselves gardening. Our cottages have been full most of the year and the mature garden ready will be cut back into October.
