Outside there is roadside parking opposite the cottage on a first come, first served basis. Ideally placed to explore the Bannau Brycheiniog National Park (Brecon Beacons) with its abundance of walking, cycling and pony trekking, The Old Stable is a lovely holiday base.

Offering fantastic walks for all abilities as well as its own vineyard, the nearby mountain of Sugarloaf is well worth visiting.
