Lounge Holidays are delighted to offer ‘Beach Vista Apartment THREE’ in Barmouth, at very reasonable prices for the first season! A contemporary styled and spacious holiday apartment in a central location, which enjoys beach views from the living room and bedrooms. Spacious, comfortable and modern accommodation, with two bedrooms, a separate kitchen and a shower/bath-room, this lovely top floor apartment has picture windows to enjoy the view and quality furniture. The apartment has recently been renovated & decorated. From the open plan living/dining room you can watch the tides roll in and with the beach located opposite you could be soaking up the sun all day on the golden sands or in the dunes, then enjoying the spectacular sunset over Cardigan Bay. For those cooler times of year there is central heating, double glazing and of course the apartment has free WIFI throughout.

The apartment is also pet & smoke FREE, so great for guests with allergies.

Miles of sweeping sandy beaches and stunning walks are just a stone’s throw from the apartment. As well as a central location with views, this lovely holiday home is only a minute walk to Barmouth town centre, with its shops, good pubs and eateries plus the railway station. There is no designated parking but guests have use of a parking permit and the main town car park is just 200m away. Even in high season there is usually no problem parking close by.

Surrounded by the Snowdonia National Park, this lovely Apartment is ideally situated for whatever type of holiday you want. For those with families miles of sweeping sandy beaches await you, or perhaps you could explore nearby Harlech Castle – a World Heritage Site. If you're into cycling or horse-riding there are numerous scenic places to ride and the internationally-famous mountain-biking centre at Coed y Brenin just 20 minutes away. This is a walker’s paradise with the Mawddach Trail & Taith Ardudwy Way very close. For those seeking a little more challenge Cader Idris lies at the head of the Mawddach Estuary, and Snowdon can be reached in less than an hour. If you're not the active type, then how about a ride on the Cambrian Coast railway – one of the UK’s most scenic railway routes all the way along this glorious coast line – or maybe one of the famous narrow-gauge steam railways that proliferate in this corner of Wales?

Entrance

Entering from the front over the Rock Shop, the apartments in the building have their own entrance and no THREE is on the second/top floor. Not suitable for guests with mobility issues.

Living room.

The open-plan living/dining room enjoys sea and beach views, framed by a picture window and feature electric fire as a focal point. With new laminate flooring, this room is really something special! The sitting area has a cosy leather ‘Chesterfield style’ settee, 50s style red leather armchair, coffee table and bistro table for dining. There is a flat-screen SMART TV and FREE WIFI.

Kitchen

The kitchen next to the living area has laminate flooring. The kitchen has oak look fitted kitchen units with granite-look worktops, An oven/grill, 4 ring electric hob & extractor hood over, microwave and, fridge with freezer box, dishwasher and washing machine.The kitchen is equipped with everything you would expect in a well presented holiday home.

Hallway

The hallway leads to the bedrooms.

Bedroom ONE - sleeps 2

With picture window, double-size ‘sleigh leather’ bed, beach wood look furniture including 2 X twin wardrobe with drawers and hanging space, dressing table, 2 X chest of drawers and a bedside table.

Bedroom TWO - sleeps 2

With picture window, 2 X single-size beds, 2 X triple wardrobes with shelves and a bed side table.

Family Bath/Shower room

Bath with shower overhead, pedestal wash hand basin, WC, fully wall tiling, heated towel rail and back lit mirror.

Additional information

It is the guests’ responsibility to insure against any losses that may occur should the need to cancel their holiday arise.

Short breaks when available: Monday- Friday 4 nights & Friday-Monday 3 nights.

Changeover day is SATURDAY in the main season.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
