This Georgian Townhouse is set over 5 floors. Perfect for family get togethers and special celebrations.

Spend Christmas, New Year or Easter in the heart of the World Heritage City of Bath.

Six spacious bedrooms will accommodate 16 people, see the floor plan for bed configuration.

There are three stunning bathrooms, and a beautiful en-suite to bedroom 1. The lower ground floor has a walk in shower room and a separate cloakroom.

A superb contemporary Kitchen with silestone work surfaces, large table for dining and breakfast bar for casual entertaining.

Fully equipped for all your catering requirements, with range cooker, American fridge freezer, Larder cupboard and Nespresso coffee machine.

Spacious sitting room on the first floor, with lovely high ceilings and large sash windows so that you can take advantage of beautiful views over Bath looking up towards Sham Castle, and Bathwick Hill.

Luxurious sofas will seat 16 people, large TV and beautiful alcoves which give the room a gracious ambiance, and perfect for socialising.

The lower ground floor is dedicated to entertaining, here you will find a fabulous Sauna, and walk-in Shower room.

The Cinema Room complete with authentic cinema seating, your personal cup/popcorn holders.

An amazing Games Room, equipped with Football Table, Arcade Gaming Table, Pub Games and a beautiful Bar area, where you can mix your own cocktails or we can arrange a mixologist to come and show you how.

There is a gym room on the lower ground floor

Great house for hens

The house was perfect for our girls hen weekend away. We loved the variety of spaces and were able to use them all for different activities. Also it’s a very quick and easy walk into Bath!

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Catherine (the owner) a message.

If Catherine (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
