Just 10 minutes from Belfast City Centre, Situated on a private lane, this modern home offers 4 large bedrooms. The house has 3 bathrooms, large kitchen, a conservatory, and a dining room where you can chill out. Free Wi-fi, breakfast, it doesn't get much better than this. You will have full access to the house, just as if it were your own! We will provide you with 2 keys and lots of help if you need it.However, this is our home and we love sharing it, but we also want you to respect it! You can cook, drink and celebrate with friends and family....... Only those that are booked to stay in the house can stay in the house. We definitely don't entertain wild all night parties while inviting everyone in the bar to come back. Common sense prevails here!

Thank you Mairead for your review. I have purchased more dessert spoons and mugs. I cant for the life of me understand the rest of your review. You left me a glowing review in the guest book in the house and your brother wrote me 2 emails to thank me for a perfect week end and saying the house was fantastic. Breakfast is not provided when renting the house, i simply left you some items such as tea/coffee, cereals and breads to get you going. You had ample time and opportunity to message or call me if there was an issue. I certainly disagree with many of your views on this review. We have 213, 4-5 star reviews from another booking website. Again i am very confused.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Mark (the owner) a message.

If Mark (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
