Our apartment will comfortably sleep 6 people

on 3 double beds. It is located in the Queens Quarter next to the Ulster museum, Botanic Gardens and Queens University. Walking distance from the city centre. Close to public transport and bike hire. Great bars and restaurants nearby.

A fantastic newly refurbished apartment in a Victorian house. It has an open plan kitchen and living area. 3 great size bedrooms that all have double beds. 1 full bathroom with shower. One shower room and one toilet with laundry facilities.

There are plenty of restaurants and bars in stumbling distance from the apartment. It is located just off the popular Lisburn Road where there are plenty of high quality cafes and some great boutique shops. You'll also find a wealth of fast food take aways. Botanic Gardens are also right on the doorstep, the perfect spot for a relaxing walk. Nearby you can explore The Ulster Museum with exhibitions on Irish history, art, nature, an Egyptian mummy and more. Convenience stores are located at each end of the street with a larger supermarket being a fifteen minute walk away.

The apartment is within walking distance from many places, there are bus stops at both ends of the street and there is a Belfast bike hire station a 5 minute walk away. Very close to the main motorways.

Modern clean and spacious

Stayed for 1 night in October with a couple friends. Bedrooms were huge and the whole place was Beautifully modern, clean and spacious. Great location close to Botanic and city centre.

Great apartment for a family stay

Ideal location for our visit to Queens university, and well set out for our family with plenty of space when we were relaxing. Well situated for tourist attractions too.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Erla (the owner) a message.

If Erla (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
