This welcoming, detached cottage in Benllech, Anglesey, sleeps five people in three bedrooms.Monarfon is a homely, detached cottage set a stone's throw from the beach and amenities of Benllech on the Isle of Anglesey. With three first floor bedrooms, one with an en-suite, and a separate shower room and ground floor bathroom, the property can sleep up to five people. There is also an an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area, along with a utility room. Outside you'll find four off road parking spaces for cars and boats, along with an enclosed lawned garden and a raised patio with furniture and sea views. Monarfon offers a warm Welsh welcome and a comfortable base from which to enjoy the abounding beauty of Anglesey. Gas central heating. Electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, wine cooler, washing machine. TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent, please bring own beach towels. Off road parking for 4 cars/boats. Enclosed lawned garden with patio, decking and furniture. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shops, pubs and beach 4 mins walk. Note: Upstairs rooms have sloping ceilings with reduced head-height to sides. Note: Open-tread stairs, young children to be supervised. Town: Benllech has a beautiful long and sandy beach, much favoured by families, with a slipway allowing easy access for all. A variety of shops and cafes front the beach with a picnic area to the side, whilst the village centre offers more shops, pubs, hotels and restaurants. The setting promises to suit every taste, with the village itself ideal for family holidays, whilst the rural setting offers peace and easy access to the coast, rural Anglesey and of course the spectacular mountains of Snowdonia.
