Broadwater is a lovely modern ground floor apartment .The apartment is situated in a residential development. Property enjoys central location. Two minutes walk will take you to: local shops inluding Waitrose, restaurants and the railway station. It is ideally located for access to London and surrounding country site. Grand Union Canal, park, children playground, tennis club are 'on your doorstep'.

Broadwater is centrally heated throughout and the property has its own entrance. There are french doors leading from the living area lead to a small Mediterranean courtyard garden with garden furniture.

The property is also suitable if you are between homes, relocating, on business in the area, renovating your home or visiting relatives.

Booking form will be sent/faxed/e-mailed on request. Provisional booking will be made for duration of one week. Confiramation will be made on return of the form and receipting of payment. Refundable deposit of £100 is also required. Rentals over 4 weeks will require larger deposits.

There are two bedrooms, one with a double/twin bed and second with a single bed. The double bedroom has built in wardrobes, chest of drawers and flat screen wall mounted TV. The double bed is zip and link super king size and can be split into 2 single beds.
The bathroom has tiled walk in shower, toilet, basin and heated towel rails.
The open plan kitchen is fully equipped with integrated appliances including dishwasher. There is glass dining table and chairs providing seating for 3 people. The living area has comfortable large sofa, barcelona chair and freeview TV.

I am based in South Oxfordshire. Our approach is hand off and we would like you to be aware of that. We have local help with the property if needed. If I am not able to welcome in person we email you before your arrival details of the keys pick up which is always very local within 25 meters for the front door. We strive to leave the property for you in the state that we would be happy to reside. The Wi Fi details are clearly displayed on the frame of the TV in the living area. The property is often booked back to back and I would really appreciate for any concerns or queries to be raised within 24 hours of your arrival so we have chance to put them right and if something has been broken or is no longer functional on your departure.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Malgosia (the owner) a message.

If Malgosia (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
