Beautiful 'KERNS COTTAGE’, is a lovely, light and welcoming recently refurbished 2 bedroom canal side cottage sleeping 4, right in the heart of Shakespeare's STRATFORD-UPON-AVON. Discreetly situated just off Great William Street, near Shakespeare's Birthplace, the cottage offers private parking for 2 vehicles and is only a few minutes walk from Stratford upon Avon town centre. You can even take the short stroll to town along the tranquil Stratford canal towpath which is beside the cottage. View this property at 'Exclusively Warwickshire' for latest prices and offers.

This charming property is ideal for a family group, with a double bed in Bedroom 1 with and a zip & link double bed in Bedroom 2 (which can be separated to form two single beds if required). Your 4-legged friend is very welcome too and will enjoy the secure enclosed patio and courtyard to the front and rear of the cottage.

The ground floor features a welcoming lounge with wide bay window, Smart TV and comfortable sofa and armchairs. The light and open kitchen diner has table seating for 4. There is a useful second WC on the ground floor and a spacious cloakroom cupboard. The cottage's well equipped kitchen has plenty of cupboard and worktop space, with electric hob & oven, microwave, dishwasher and full size fridge freezer.

Upstairs are two good sized bedrooms. The master bedroom features a double bed and plenty of wardrobe space. The second bedroom has a zip and link bed which can be kept as a double or separated into 2 x singles, and overlooks the canal.

A family sized bathroom with both bath and shower over completes the lovely accommodation.

To the front of the property is a tranquil, private cottage garden with seating.

A travel cot and high chair are available for younger guests.

The property has two tandem parking spots - a real bonus in Stratford where town centre parking is at a premium!

Kerns Cottage occupies an excellent position in a quiet canal side terrace just off one of the main streets into Stratford upon Avon and is within very easy reach of a good selection of supermarkets and food stores including a 24hr Tesco, Aldi, Lidl and M&S Food at the nearby Maybird Shopping Centre.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send the property manager a message.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
