From the owner

This is our home from home in the sun and we have tried to furnish it and provide amenities as such. 3 bedroom, luxury modern villa with private heated swimming pool, two garden spaces, atrium, sea and mountain views. Very peaceful location 5 minutes drive from beaches and the centre of Caleta. Ideal for family, beach, golf or pure relaxation holidays.Located within a sand wedge of the 18th tee on the Salinas Golf Course which stages PGA tournaments. Next door is The Fuerteventura Golf Course which has hosted the Spanish Open. Walking distance from sandy beaches and the town's main shopping centre, and a further 5 mins from all of the restaurants and shops that cater for all tastes.Fuerteventura is small enough that the whole island can easily be explored during your stay, with windsurfers/kite surfers paradise to the north and south, and stunning scenery whichever direction you take.Whatever time of the year you are here, the climate is warm all year round (the average year round temperature is 22c).

All rooms are large and airy and bedrooms have fans.

TV is 42" plasma, DVD player & stereo (surround sound). We have a large selection of books and DVDs, a Nintendo Wii with balance board and two controllers (inc. nunchucks) and a few games (bring your own favourites).

Games cupboard with large selection of board games, cards etc.

Outside there are six loungers as well as a rattan sofa patio set with coffee table, patio table and chairs and BBQ.

There is a raised patio outside the living room and two grassed areas, one at the front and one at the back. Local palms & plants have been put in to provide colour and a pleasant surrounding.

The private swimming pool is surrounded by grass and the pool has a roman end for easy access - the depth of the pool is from 1.15m in the shallow end to 1.5m, plus outside shower.

Why can't I call Andy & Sue (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Andy & Sue (the owner) a message.

If Andy & Sue (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
