COMMENT DE TELLES PERSONNES SI SALES SE PERMETTENT-ELLES D’EMETTRE UN AVIS ? Ces personnes ont séjourné chez nous du 24 décembre 2016 au 07 janvier 2017. L’appartement proposé venait d’être entièrement renové; nouvelle cuisine équipée, nouvelle salle de bains, nouvelles literies, nouveau sofa, nouvelle télévision écran plat 49 ‘’ ; ainsi que le renouvellement complet de tous les électroménagers et peinture. Rien ne manque En guise de bienvenue, nous avions disposé dans le frigo du cava, du lait, du jus d’orange, de la bière et des sodas à profusion. Une panne générale du Wifi, indépendante de notre volonté a été réparée dans les jours qui suivent par l’opérateur Movistar. Le dimanche de Noël, le four de la cuisine (pourtant nouveau) a provoqué un court-circuit entraînant la rupture de l’interrupteur différentiel. Malgré que c’ était le dimanche de Noël, une nouvelle pièce a été placée dans un délai inférieur à 1 heure. Le lendemain, un nouveau four a remplacé celui défectueux. Dès le dimanche 25 décembre, nous avons constaté un état de saleté important ; que nous avons mis sur le compte d’un souper de réveillon un peu trop arrosé. Lorsque l’opérateur est venu remplacé le modem Wifi, nous avons du bien nous rendre compte que ces gens étaient très sales (Taches de sauce tomates par terre, tache sur l’ensemble du sol et meubles de l’appartement, seringues laissées sur la table et nous en passons….) Le jour du départ, force est de constater que rien ne s‘était amélioré, au contraire, c’était pire (vaisselle de plusieurs jours dans l’évier, alors qu’il y a un lave vaisselles 16 couverts ; poubelles non vidées depuis de nombreux jours ; verres remis dans les armoires sans avoir été lavés ; nouveau plat du four brulé que nous avons jeté ; WC et douche dans un état de saleté incroyable ; frigo neuf très sale( lait caillé, sauce diverse,…bref , un état de propreté général atroce…. Tous ces constats nous ont profondément attristés, c’est pourquoi, afin de ne pas être désagréable en parole, nous n’avons plus souhaité reparler avec ces personnes. Analyse point par point des remarques : Appartement loin d’une ville : Giniginamar est le village le plus tranquille de l’île de Fuerteventura. A leur arrivée, ces locataires étaient très heureux du calme car le monsieur est très malade. Dans l’annonce, il est bien stipulé que ce bien n’est pas un lieu de vacances pour trouver des animations réservées à des villes comme Corralejo, calletta ou Morro Jable Bloc de béton : l’appartement est situé comme le montre les photos dans un ensemble de 60 appartements évidemment construits en matériaux ininflammable comme le béton. Nous connaissons très peu de logements construits en autre matière. Pas de vue : les photos montrent bien la belle vue sur la piscine Fuite d’eau de la colonne de douche : FAUX. Il n’y a pas de fuite. Il s’agit d’une colonne de douche avec 3 réglage de jets. Si le tub supérieur coulait, c’est parce que la vanne de celui-ci n’était pas complètement fermée. Problème électrique : résolu dans les plus brefs délais comme expliqué ci-dessus. Literie bon marché : Cette remarque est très surprenante : En effet, tout est neuf (nouveau matelas sur sommier à lattes): Le monsieur nous a même dit : « good television and good bed »…. Les enfants qui courent : La résidence Aurore est la plus paisible des résidences de Giniginamar. Néanmoins, il se peut qu’en période de congés scolaires, quelques enfants jouent Nous ne sommes pas seuls au milieu d’un bois. Table de salon en verre dangereuse : Comme dans toutes les maisons, il existe une table de salon. La nôtre est en verre et est placée comme partout devant le sofa, laissant un passage de 50 cm entre la table et le sofa et 1.30 m entre la table et le meuble télévision. Où est le problème de danger ???? Demande de vider les poubelles : Le chapitre propreté a longuement été évoqué ci-dessus. Nous avons demandé aux locataires de bien vouloir emporter leurs détritus. Il est à noter que ceux-ci évoquent un départ urgent pour l’aéroport. Nous rétorquons que la sortie de l’appartement était prévue à 10 h le matin, et que à leur demande nous avons accordé 2 heures supplémentaires. Le manque de temps pour aller vider les poubelles ne tient donc pas la route. Il est bien évident que si seul la poubelle du jour était restée, nous l’aurions bien vidée, mais ici, il s’agissait des poubelles de tout le séjour. Conclusions : Dans le prix demandé, il y a le forfait nettoyage. Il est opportun de rappeler que ce poste comprend le nettoyage final mais qu’il nous semble un minimum de vider ses poubelles oubliées depuis 15 jours… Nous espérons que ce commentaire sera lu par tous les autres propriétaires de bâtiment de ce site. En effet, si Tripadvisor cote les biens à louer, il serait bien de pouvoir coter les locataires. De bons points pour les locataires pourraient entraîner une ristourne. De mauvais points pourraient entraîner la non location. Depuis de nombreuses années, nous louons des biens de vacances. Jamais, nous n’avons eu des personnes aussi SALES que celles-ci. C’est pourquoi, nous nous permettrons de dire que cette location est une expérience malheureuse et nous ne tiendrons aucunement compte de l’avis de ces personnes.
