Set in the beautiful Tamar Valley an area of outstanding natural beauty sits Honicombe Manor, this 30 acre site provides you with everything you need for a relaxing holiday, with a heated indoor pool, restaurant and bar, games room, kid's play area, tennis court, gym, sauna, a heated outdoor pool is available in peak season only, free WIFI is also available.

Honicombe Manor is perfectly situated on the Cornwall / Devon border to visit many interesting places including amongst others the historic city of Plymouth, Dartmoor National Park, Bodmin Moor, also in easy reach are Cornwall and North and South Devon coastal resorts.

For the more sporty types there are numerous outdoor options from Golf, Horse Riding, Fishing, Hiking, Canoeing, the list is endless.

The Lodge

Treetops is a spacious alpine style lodge with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, all situated on the lower floor, the master bedroom is ensuite and comes with it's own private terrace and TV.

Bedroom 2 and 3 both contain 2 single beds, while the 3rd and 4th bedroom have double beds, the second bathroom is complete with shower and WC.

The upstairs lounge has it's own large terrace, inside are 3 sofas, free view TV, DVD, and some games for those rainy days.

The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with all modern appliances and a family dining table, the lodge is double glazed and centrally heated throughout.

Two well behaved pets are welcome, but smoking is not.

You are invited to use the leisure facilities free of charge these include the Gym, Sauna, and Pool.

There is a small shop on site, but for the larger shopping, Tesco supermarket is in Callington, they also do a home delivery if needed.

Access is down slope, 100m. Not suitable for anybody with mobility issues.

Hi Robert. I'm sorry to hear about your father's problem regarding the access to the lodge, the web site has now been altered to say the the access is not suitable for people with mobility issues, also the details have been updated regarding the distance to the coast. I've spoken to the head of housekeeping and they assure me that the bed linen and towels were changed after your first week, they do not however do another clean until after you leave. How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Colin (the owner) a message.

If Colin (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
