A charectar family home with English country garden backing onto orchards and fields. Picturesque surroundings with shops, pubs and restaurants within walking distance. Full gas central heating & wood burning stove.

Robin Cottage is a spacious Cotswold stone cottage, with large rooms & oak flooring. It is in the desirable Westington area of Chipping Campden. The cottage is within walking distance of the historic High Street (10 minutes). Honey coloured Cotswold stone buildings line the high street and date from the 1400s.

A spacious, double aspect sitting room and comfortable seating for six people - two double sofas and two armchairs. The room opens to the conservatory, dining room and kitchen. An inglenook stone fireplace with wood-burning stove, wood block floor & rugs. Bookshelf with a good range of books. Central oak coffee table, sideboard and dresser.

Flat screen TV with freeview, DVD player.

Conservatory dining room with full length windows & bi-fold doors which can be opened out onto the pretty patio / garden. Circular wood table & chairs to seat seven.

Enter the kitchen from the hall or the dining room. Bespoke range of painted cupboards & drawers with solid wood surfaces. Ceramic sink, Rangemaster cooker with five gas hobs & electric ovens. Smeg side by side fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, iron & ironing board.

There is a washing machine and tumble dryer in a separate room.

There is an en-suite shower & toilet.

Upstairs

Off the landing is the family bathroom which is a spacious room with tiled floor. There is a walk in shower in addition to the bath, toilet & wash hand basin. Heated towel rail.

A bright double aspect room with a craftsman made solid oak Gothic style Super King (6ft) wide bed. Matching solid oak wardrobe, chests of drawers & bedside tables with lamps. Full length mirror. Wall mounted television with freeview.

Solid oak King Size bed (5ft wide) with oak bedside chest of drawers. Walk in cupboard with hanging space.

There is a key safe at the cottage so that guests can arrive at a time which suits them. These times are (arriving) from 4pm and (departing by) 10am. These times can sometimes be negotiated however this depends on other bookings at this cottage and our other cottages. We do not usually meet guests during their stay but we are always happy to call in on guests if they ask us to do so. There may be times where this is not possible however we love meeting guests and so please feel free to ask us at any point during your stay.

Why can't I call Andy (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Andy (the owner) a message.

If Andy (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
